Today, Friday 11 March, the Third Memorandum of Understanding was signed in The Hague between Flanders and The Netherlands for collaboration concerning the Scheldt estuary. In the MoU, The Netherlands and Flanders undertake to make every effort so that dredging work in the Western Scheldt can start in 2007 at the latest.
