Just off the coast of this Spanish city, two 80-foot America’s Cup yachts charge each other under full sail, as if they were jousting at sea. It’s all part of the game, the tactics, of training by the U.S. team in a bid to bring the America’s Cup back to the United States in 2007 after it was won by a European team, from landlocked Switzerland no less, for the first time in the event’s 154-year history.
