Brazil’s federal energy company Petrobras broke another production record on May 12 when it turned out 1.82 million barrels (Mb) of oil, the company said in a statement. The is the ninth consecutive production record since mid-March, when one of two floating production, storage and offloading vessels (FPSO) at the Barracuda-Caratinga fields was put in place in the offshore Campos basin.
