The Save the Shipyard Advisory Team includes two dozen lawmakers, business leaders and state and local officials. Lynch says its job will be to support the work being done by him, the New Hampshire and Maine congressional delegations, Seacoast Shipyard Association and Maine Gov. John Baldacci.
