Aker Yards ASA said it has won a 325 mln eur order from Color Line to build a sister vessel to MS Color Fantasy, the world’s largest cruise ship with a car deck, which was delivered last December.
The contract is a confirmation of a letter of intent announced in March. At that time Aker Yards said the contract value was expected to be around 300 mln eur, and that the letter of intent was expected to be firmed up in the second quarter of this year.
