John Fredriksen, Norway’s wealthiest shipowner and an avid salmon fisherman, is now casting himself into the seafood business in a big way. Fredriksen’s Greenwich Holdings Ltd is buying a stake in fish-farming business Pan Fish that’s been held by Nordea Bank since Pan Fish ran into trouble a few years ago.
