Carnival Cruise Lines was fined $65,000 and two of its ships were turned away from St. Thomas and San Juan, Puerto Rico, on Tuesday due to a computer glitch, the U.S. Coast Guard said. Miami-based Carnival also allegedly failed to notify officials in advance of their arrival.
