About a dozen fishing boats surrounded the cruise ship Maasdam as it prepared to leave port yesterday in a protest of cuts to their snow crab quota. The fishermen, from the Louisbourg, N.S., area, are trying to pressure federal Fisheries Minister Geoff Regan to meet with them to discuss the cuts. Re
