Lobby group the Blue Wedges Coalition has called off a planned protest today against the dredging ship the Queen of the Netherlands. The coalition was planning to launch windsurfers off the Rye Pier at midday AEST and surround the Queen of the Netherlands, forcing the dredging ship to suspend its work. But the dredging ship was no where to be seen.
