New ANH subsidiary orders dredging vessels from IHC Holland

Emirates Dredging Company LLC (EDC) has signed an agreement with IHC Holland (IHC) to build one cutter suction dredging vessel and a land booster station. Emirates Dredging Company LLC (EDC) has signed an agreement with IHC Holland (IHC) to build one cutter suction dredging vessel and a land booster station. The dredging vessel to be delivered in 2007 is a 1,100 kw power-on cutter with significant cutting power for dredging both sand and rock. The land booster station has 1,825 kw power-on-the-pump for pumping material from the site where the dredging operations are conducted.
