Emirates Dredging Company (EDC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based Al Nasser Holdings, has signed an agreement with IHC Holland to build one cutter suction dredging vessel and a land booster station. The dredging vessel to be delivered in 2007 is a 1,100 kw power-on cutter with significant cutting power for dredging both sand and rock.
