VOR: Victory for Movistar in Baltimore

Bouwe Bekking’s movistar conclusively confirmed that they are the force to be reckoned with in the lighter winds of the Chesapeake Bay today when they earned their first In Port Race victory to partner that offshore Leg 3 win into Wellington. Having now only once finished off the In Port podiums, when the disappointed their expectant home fans in Sanxenxo with fourth, Bouwe Bekking and his mix of inshore and offshore sailors, added an In Port win to their seconds in Rio and Cape Town and third in Melbourne to prove their consistency inshore, right across the wind range.
