Start! All the boats gathered just up tide of the line, taking care not to be over at the gun. Brasil close to the North Cove shore, Ericsson well away from the line taking care. Brunel also staying well up tide. Still light winds, but a reaching start and lots of tide will get the boats away. Plenty of spectator boats, but nothing like the throng in Annapolis. Brunel go for the line at 30 seconds and get the best start, as well as Pirates. Behind Brunel is ABN AMRO TWO. ABN AMRO ONE as usual is slow away. ABN AMRO ONE and TWO stopped anin a major wind header. Brasil gets it too. Pirates get the best start, followed by Brunel and then Ericsson and Brasil 1.
