The Water Technologies division of Siemens’s Industrial Solutions and Services (I&S) Group was selected by Petrobras to provide a produced water treatment system to its P-53 Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) unit, located off the coast of Brazil. The produced water treatment system will include Monosep dissolved gas flotation (DGF) technology, which combines a patented floatation and DGF pump system.
