A Vietnamese joint venture of Danish marine boiler manufacturer Aalborg Industries opened its new plant Wednesday in Hai Phong, aiming to produce world class marine boilers. Aalborg Industries Vietnam, the joint venture of Aalborg Industries and Vietnamese shipbuilder Vinashin, has invested US$3 million in the factory, which will supply marine boilers to the rapidly growing shipbuilding industry in the region.
