Singapore’s Pan-United Marine Ltd, which builds cargo ships and vessels to support offshore oil exploration, said a sharp rise in new orders would deliver higher 2006 revenue growth than last year. With a shipyard each in Singapore and Indonesia, the company’s order book for new vessels has reached S$395 million (S$1 = RM2.29), up about S$150 million from the end of 2005, a senior executive of Pan-United Marine (PUM) said.
