China’s top deepwater offshore oil rig maker Yantai Raffles Shipyard Co. Ltd. plans to seek a mainboard listing on the Oslo or Singapore stock exchange in 2007, its CEO said on Wednesday. He also said that Yantai — which is headquartered in Singapore and which listed on Norway’s over-the-counter board earlier this month — has an order book of $800 million to build new offshore oil rigs and specialised ships for the offshore oil industry.
