SINGAPORE, Singapore’s Pan-United Marine Ltd. shipbuilder has booked a $49.5 million contract to build an offshore diving support vessel. The vessel, which is the fourth such contract from PUM’s unnamed customer, will be built in a Batam, Indonesia, shipyard, and delivered in the third quarter of 2008, MarineLog.com said Tuesday.
