TWO cargo vessel crew members were still missing yesterday after a ship sank in strong winds and they fell over board at the mouth of the Yangtze River on Saturday morning. At least three people downtown were injured by falling debris that was blamed on the wind. Several shabby houses also collapsed due to gusts between 50 and 74 kilometers per hour. The bureau sounded a blue wind alert on Saturday as wind speeds reached up to 88 km per hour at the mouth of the Yangtze. The alert wasn’t removed until 7pm.
