Subsea 7 Inc. today announced an award of a subcontract from Technip for installation work in the Nigerian Agbami field operated by Star Deep Water Petroleum Limited (an affiliate of Chevron Corporation) on behalf of its partners Texaco Nigeria Outer Shelf Inc., Petroleo Brasileiro Nigeria Limited, Statoil Nigeria Limited, Famfa Oil Limited, and the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
