The final and potentially decisive In Port race of the Volvo Ocean Race will be sailed this Sunday. The light winds currently tormenting the fleet appear to have ruled out the chance of the boats arriving in time for a Saturday battle. The decision to rethink was made during a meeting this evening between the race committee and representatives of the teams, but sternly enforced by weather systems which have yielded an average of just six knots of breeze over the past five days and two days ago forced the organisers to shorten the course by 80 nautical miles.
