The Fiji Ports Corporation is still trying to find the owners of the fishing vessel “Eleven” that ran aground in the Suva Harbor on Monday morning.
The only confirmation that has been received is that the vessel is owned by the Marine Land Ltd but all other details are still unknown.
It is believed the company is run by a Russian but the Fiji Ports Corporation does not have any contact for the owner, or whether he is residing in Fiji.
The whereabouts of the captain and crew of “Eleven” is unknown as officers found the vessel deserted when they boarded for inspection on Monday morning.
