B&G, the Performance Sailing Division of Simrad Yachting, has provided a complete instrument system for the Perini Navi built superyacht, The Maltese Falcon. This 88m three masted clipper required a bespoke performance enhancing solution to ensure the designers’ twin goals of luxury and speed were met.
The B&G Custom Projects team worked with the installation team and specialist dealer, Larry Smith Electronics, to design the perfect system for the yacht. The team had to take into account the existing Perini Navi sailing software from Cacini and advanced sail handling systems that have been designed to harness the performance of the three mast system.
