Clipper 05-06: High Pressure, Low Speed

Yesterday started well, but as the day wore on winds dropped and speeds slowed and the last 12 hours produced only minima mileages. Westernaustralia.com and Qingdao managed the most, perhaps showing that their route to the north had paid off, although the Australians have now turned west to re-join the mid field. Qingdao continue to take the coastal route and remain only about 40 miles offshore.
