Fugro has exercised its earlier agreed option to enter into a charter agreement with E Forland Shipowners (Norway) for the Seisquest, an 8-streamer 3D seismic survey vessel.

The charter will be for four years (with options for extension) and will commence in May 2007 after the expiration of the vessel’s current commitment. This charter virtually completes Fugro’s earlier announced plan to increase and modernise its marine seismic capacity.
