Russian coast guards on Wednesday detained a Japanese speed vessel having the board number 123-174 after warning shots. They found a killed person on board, the public relations group of the Sakhalin coast guard department of Russia’s border guard service. The department said the vessel was stopped after a long pursuit in the area of the Tanfilyev Island and was being convoyed to Yuzhno-Kurilsk port on the Kunashir Island for an investigation.
