The 54.64M (180FT) ketch Adele is beginning a refit in Auckland. The biggest superyacht ever to have a refit done here, the work is being done by the specialist marine companies making up the Westhaven Marine cluster. Designed by Hoek Naval Architects and built by the Dutch shipyard Vitters, the yacht’s spars are from Marten Spars in Auckland.
The Boating Industry Association of New South Wales, which organises the Sydney International Boat Show, will host a ‘sail only’ show in November. Catering specifically for yachting enthusiasts, it will run on November 11 and 12 at Cockle Bay Marina. For more on this click on the link below.
