Ferretti S.p.A. filed an application with the Consob and Borsa Italiana to list its common shares on the online stock market (also known as Mercato Telematico Azionario, MTA) organized and operated by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

This transaction will be carried out by means of a Global Offering that will consist of a Public Sales and Subscription Offering for all investors in Italy and a private placement for professional Italian investors and foreign institutional investors.
