The first giant tanker Viktor Titov of the Primorsky shipping company (PSC) has tied up at the port of De-Kastri on Tuesday for loading with Sakhalin-produced oil.
For a week, the tanker and the oil terminal, built by the US Exxon Neftegas Ltd company, will be checking up the functioning of the loading systems and devices of the on-shore complex in various modes, after which the tanker will take 100,000 tonnes of oil on board and head to a port of destination, the PSC press service has announced.
