Sealegs appoints Korean distributor

Sealegs International [ NZX : SLG ] has appointed Kunjang Shipbuilding Company to act as its distributor in South Korea.

An initial order of five Sealegs amphibious boats has been placed by Kunjang Shipbuilding representing over NZ$400,000 of revenue.

The president of Kunjang Shipbuilding President Ko Ho Nam says that Sealegs boats, which use retractable wheels to make entering and exiting the water easier, are particularly useful on the west coast of South Korea which has tides of up to twelve metres.
