The Toronto Port Authority today officially marked completion of its $15 million improved access program at the Toronto City Centre Airport (TCCA) with the opening of its two passenger transfer facilities and the commissioning of its new ferry. The $15 million program included: $4.5 million for repairs of slips and dockwalls; $6 million for the two-level passenger transfer facilities located at the foot of Bathurst and on the island side of the channel as well as $4.5 million for the two-level ferry with capacity for 15 vehicles on the main deck and 100 passengers on the second level.
