Montana Holdings, Ltd., the developers of Rum Cay Resort Marina, along with architect, Bruce Lafleur and Associates Ltd., have recently revealed the master site plan for the 900-acre, multi-use residential resort and mega-yacht marina development.

The US$700 million Bahamian resort will afford owners and guests the enjoyment of a world-class resort with a wide selection of product offerings and amenities. These include a Blue Flag standard mega-yacht marina offering slips to accommodate yachts up to 200+ feet, the residences at Port Santa Maria, featuring two- and three-bedroom luxury town-home condominium units, penthouse suites, exclusive shopping and dining options, a luxury condo-hotel, and an ultra-indulgent full-service spa, all located in a tropical setting surrounded by what many say is the best fishing anywhere with world-record catches just off shore.

Additional residential sites also include ocean estates, marina estates, hilltop estates, nature estates, as well as ocean villas, ocean ridge estates, plantation estates, and a residential beach club.
