Sime Darby Bhd has decided to sell its entire stake in a Singapore-based shipbuilder to focus more on its core businesses comprising plantation, heavy equipment, motor vehicle distribution and property.

The group on Friday agreed to sell its 29.3 per cent stake in Jaya Holdings Ltd for S$301.1 million (S$1 = RM2.34) cash or S$1.35 per share to Nautical Offshore Services.
