Third ferry should return by weekend

Repair of the ferry R.H. Dedman is on schedule for the vessel to be back in operation today, an official said Thursday. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected breakdowns cut the fleet to a pair of boats for much of this week, annoying frequent floaters between Galveston and Bolivar Peninsula.
