The Winona Port Authority on Thursday sold 12 acres of land in its new east end industrial park to the Hal Leonard Corp. Hal Leonard, the first tenant in the park, purchased six lots for $822,000 and plans to build a 100,000-square-foot distribution center, with eventual plans to triple the facility
