Cargotec Strengthens its Presence in Spain

Kalmar, the business area providing container handling solutions within Cargotec, has made an agreement to acquire the majority of the shares of its Spanish distributor Kalmar Espana, the leading distributor and service provider for material handling customers in Spain. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value. The acquisition is subject to relevant competition authority approval.
