Daewoo Shipbuilding Forms Joint Venture in Nigeria

Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering will establish a joint venture company in Nigeria. The firm said Tuesday it will build a shipping company, tentatively named NIDAS (Nigeria Daewoo Shipping) with a capital base of US$10 million, holding 49 percent of its shares.
