A high-speed catamaran from a scuttled Rochester, N.Y.-Toronto ferry service is at the Halifax Shipyard for unspecified work. The Spirit of Ontario I operated for just two seasons on Lake Ontario before Rochester’s new mayor, Robert Duffy, pulled the plug on the service.
