Even longer berth for super marina

THE property developer Denis O’Neil’s proposed super-marina in Rose Bay will contain boats twice as long as the 18.5-metre limit the NSW Maritime Authority had set out in an agreement with the previous owner.

Mr O’Neil proposes to store four 35-metre power boats in the marina and allocate eight spots for vessels between 25 and 30 metres. But boats of this size should be kept at the Superyacht Marina at Rozelle Bay, Mr Patrick said.
