Carnival Delays Second Ship in N.Orleans

Carnival Corp. has delayed basing a second cruise ship in the Port of New Orleans due to slow advance bookings and nagging reluctance among some tourists to venture into the city following Hurricane Katrina, a port spokesman said Thursday.
