Container ship capsizes in Antwerp

A roll-on-roll-off container ship capsized during loading today in the port of Antwerp, Belgian officials said. No injuries were reported. Port authority captain Jan Persi said that, for reasons still unknown, the 216-metre Republica slowly rolled onto its starboard side in a deadend dock.
