Transas has secured a contract with Taizhou Maritime Safety Administration (China) to supply the Navi-Trainer Professional (NTPRO) 4000 simulator. Transas specialists will customise the product to enable Taizhou MSA to focus on training, examination, and certification of ship crews in Chinese inland waters (such as the Yangtze River). For example, emphasis will be placed on the towing and barge operations crucial to inland water administration.
