Ngqura container terminal opens in 2009

Johannesburg – The R8 billion container terminal at the port of Ngqura in the Eastern Cape would be open for business in 2009, run as a partnership between an international terminal operator and SA Port Operations (Sapo), Maria Ramos, Transnet’s chief executive, said yesterday.
