To coincide with the America’s Cup in Valencia from April-June 2007 this year, The Superyacht Cup Palma will be held on the 16th -19th June and labeled as a ‘Palma Superyacht Week’. The week has been scheduled between the end of the Louis Vuitton Challenger Series for the America’s Cup (12th June) and the start of the America’s Cup final (23rd June). The event will be covered by world media and in total, up to 60 yachts exceeding 30m (100ft) are expected to participate making it one of the largest fleets of superyachts ever to sail together in a single regatta.
