Port officials in the Indian city of Kochi have rescued the 15 crewmembers of an Albanian ship that sank off the city’s coast Sunday. The Albanian cargo ship M V Maria had signaled for help Saturday night after the vessel was found to be leaking severely and Kochi authorities immediately dispatched boats to rescue the crew, Asian News International reported.
