Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (EMS) today announced the acquisition of Arbodans XXI S.L. of Spain, the holding company of the Provimar Group. On 15 May 2007 EMS announced an agreement of this matter, which was subject to due diligence and final board approval. The due diligence has been completed. The final Share Sale and Purchase Agreement was signed on 30 June 2007 and is approved by EMS’ Board of Directors.
