Eitzen Maritime Services ASA (EMS) today confirms the acquisition of shareholdings in a number of Indian maritime services companies. On 15 May 2007 EMS announced an agreement on this matter, which was subject to due diligence and final board approval. The final share sale and purchase agreement were signed on 4 July 2007 and is approved by EMS’ Board of Directors.
