A new post-Panamax container ship begins calling at Halifax today, one of nine vessels in the AEX service provided by the Grand Alliance. Orient Overseas Container Line is using the OOCL Oakland on the service, which will make its inaugural call at the Cerescorp-operated Fairview Cove container term
