At around 6am this Sunday morning, two large ships collided off Europa Point. The cargo ship, laden with scrap metal has it’s bow embedded in the Reef commonly known as ‘La Seca’, which has prevented it from sinking. The tanker -freighting crude oil – has fortunately been taken to Algeciras.
