In what could be the biggest joint venture in India’s ports sector, French shipping major CMA CGM is set to pick up a 26 percent stake in a subsidiary of the Ahmedabad-based Adani group.

CMA CGM, which is the world’s third-largest shipping company, is close to acquiring the equity in Adani Logistics, a subsidiary of Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone.
